Renault Clio - passenger door "buckled"

Hi, I hope someone might be able to explain this problem. A couple of days ago I noticed that the passenger door of the Clio (99T) seems to have been bent so it no closes properly at the top back corner (nearest the rear of the car).

It's as if someone has tried to pry it open at the top, although there is no damage anywhere near (no paint cracking/chipped) and no obvious damage anywhere else (although the door isn't sitting well in the frame like the driver's door is).

I have ruled out a bump due to the lack of damage. There is no apparent stress to the door even near where it is no longer flush with the frame.

Has anyone seen this sort of thing before? I know it has been warm..but not that warm!

Any pointers would be most welcome
