Hi Theo and welcome

Did you remove the plastic trim under the windscreen to get a proper look at the scuttles? Perhaps pour some water on the windscreen only so it drains [hopefully] thru. the scuttles. Try this parked with the car leaning to the right and then left [a road with a big camber helps]. If you get water draining from the wheel arch areas then the drains are most likely not blocked, if you don't get water draining from these area's then it'll most definately be the scuttle drains.

Failing that, if you have sunroofs try pouring some water down each corner and seeing if that exits via the wheel arches. If not, you may have a blocked drain hole there.....a good length of curtian wire poked down the holes normally clears and built up crud there!

These are, I would say, the two main area's for water ingress!
