I would say that if you've got water in the door then this is your problem! Don't ask me how it would get into the footwell but as I mentioned earlier, water has an uncanny knack of travelling whereever it wants to go....sometimes by seemingly defying gravity

Each door should have a number of holes on the underside to allow water to escape! It's quite natural to have a certain amount of water enter the internal of the doors thru. the area at the bottom of the window, hence the need for the holes in the base of the door! Check that these holes are all clear to allow water out. I'd advise checking every door
