The standard fix is to use silicon - removing the aerial and re-seating it if you want to be tidy, but I've seen it 'bodged' with silicon on the outside by someone who wasn't so bothered about looks and didn't want to start dismantling the car.

The important thing is to get it fixed before the rainwater trashes the immobiliser control unit. Once this happens, the car will refuse to start and you'll probably have to replace the module.
