The common name for this part is the hub carrier. Just make sure it comes with the hub flange - that's the bit that the wheel bolts on to.
The Mark I Clios are prone to failing front wheel bearings so remember there is no way of knowing the second hand hub bearing will be any better than the current one. You'll not know until it is fitted and run for around 50 miles or so.
Different scrappies charge different prices so there is no gauratee of what the cost may be until you ask.
My local motor factors charge around £17-£20 for a bearing kit and my local indpendent garage charges a tenner for pressing the old one out and the new one back in. So overall the cost is around £30 tops so for a little more money I'm certain the bearing will be OK.
