PS I'm taking it for granted that you've checked for any fuel leaking
I haven't checked for a leak as such but there haven't been any fuel patches on the drive when I come home so I'm just gonna assume there isn't one. I told the bloke at the dealership when I took it back for the 'service due' problem but he didn't seem that bothered about it...which was nice!

Sorry for appearing thick but why would I need to check the air filter for a fuel problem? I am in no way car literate, I just needed something bigger

Its only inside when I start it up that it stinks!
