Can any glue fix my weatherstrip?

Above the window of the driver's door in my wife's convertible there's a weatherstrip that is supposed to stop water from dripping in when it rains. But the rear 5 cm has been folded in, and it pushes the window slightly up in that corner. I have tried to glue it up to the one above (it's kind a U formed thing), but no luck so far. I have tried epoxy and superglue. Is there a special kind of glue that will keep that !"R%&!"C thing in place?
