Trafic 1.9 DCi - How do I access the screen wash bottle?

Found I'm getting very little water pressure when I use the screen wash, to the point where the water just dribbles from the washer nozzles. Calcium in the water here is a big problem and although I have been using bottled water to try to avoid this, it turns out that I really should have been using distilled water.

I've cleaned out the nozzles with a small needle and also had the pipe off from the back of the nozzles to see if there was water getting through, there is, but not flowing at the rate I would have expected to create a reasonable washer jet.

So I want to check the washer bottle and pump to see if there is scale in there. But where is it tucked away?

Do I need to remove the wheel arch liner or the front bumper?

Any advice much appreciated as the van is due it's ITV (Spanish MOT) next week.
