There's also the possibility that they didn't check the oil feed to the turbo or follow the correct running-in procedure when first starting it up. In any case, it sounds like the repairer has botched the job, so I'd bounce this one back to them and expect it sorted FOC.
Thank's Horatio, the car is indeed back at the gararge that fitted the turbo . They are going to speak to a tech at renault to discuss the issue so i am eagerlly awaiting the verdict. I have a feeling that it will be simmilar to yours!!
