Water dripping from the air-con condenser is perfectly normal, especially in the recent hot and humid weather. It should only be small drips though, and you'll often see a trail of water dots on the dry road surface leading up to where you parked the car. If you're worried, try driving with the air-con switched off and see if the drip goes away.

Have they done four wheel tracking or just checked the front ones? Better tyres might well make a difference, but make sure that the tracking's spot on first, otherwise you'll just be wasting your money.
