I've had fairly good results using those touch up brushes
I dunno if I do this different to anyone else?
What I do is carefully paint it on in thin layers until the scratch is full then just leave it alone for about half an hour, so the paint hasn't fully cured, then using a clean duster & T cut I rub all the excess paint off, if that don't succeed the first time I do the same again until I'm satisfied, or until eventually I get fed up.
BTW I think its blue
