The first thoing to do is to prevent the cracks from travelling further. A nice neat hole drilled should stop them from going any further.

Plastic wings can be difficult to weld as there is a risk of heat causing the panel to distort. But a good patch of plastic adhesive at the back should work OK. The likes of Sikkens or Spies Hecker do an excellent product but can be expensive. If I remember correctly they refer to it as panel bond. Having said that I have seen Plastic Padding along with some fibre glass matting work well.

Once hardened and bonded it will then allow you to "V" out the crack and do a proper filler repair.
