Generally a service light and abs would mean something isn't quite performing as it should! If it were the STOP light and ABS then I certainly wouldn't drive the car until I knew the problem had been resolved! You'll really have to make your own mind up about whether it's safe to drive or not!

It may be something as simple as some grease or some such over the ABS sensor which is stopping it receiving the correct signals! Remember though, cars haven't always had ABS so drive with caution and allow an extra time for braking to allow for a possible problem with the ABS until such time as you've had it looked at!

Most definitely ring Kwik-Fit and explain the problem, even if you can't get to the one which did the work they'll be able to confirm that you had the work done and your local branch should be able to look at it for you on the other branch's part........if they try and fob you off then take it up with their main customer services!
