Working On Service Department Reception At A Renault Main Dealer.

Hello to you all,

I hope one of you can help me out but there might be a possibility of me getting a job on the service desk at my local Renault main dealer. I get on with the people there really well. As some of you on this forum work for or have worked for Renault main dealerships is there any tips you can give me. What do Renault expect from you?

Currently in Haree's garage:
I don't have a garage just a driveway. The Modus 1.6 16v VVT Dynamique Auto is my Grandparents car which I also drive.
