My megane, and my mothers megane are exactly the same.
The only way to stop condensation is to keep the glass at the same tempreture inside and out, which is very hard.
The car eventually warms up inside regardless of if you have the heaters on or not. If I drive with my heaters on and park up over night, my screen is covered in the morning on the inside, which will then result in that wetness freezing over when its cold enough!
I think all windows will fog up.. even if you use products that are supposed to prevent it
