If memory serves me correctly, I'm sure the cambelt change is every 5 years - car is a 2005 so if it wasn't done last year - I'd make it a condition of the sale.
Mileage should only really be a concern if you are either keeping the car as a collector's piece, or you envisage doing a higher than average number of miles on it yourself - therefore hurting the residuals.
The cars if well maintained and used, but not abused should be up to the job.
I'm a subscriber to EVO magazine, and the current issue has a 'Buyer's Guide' on the 182, so I'd definitely recommend a look before heading off to view.
