Sharing the speakers between two stereos is going to be problematic, but it can be overcome. I've done it before with a home-made relay box when I wanted to add a radio/CD to one of my cars but keep the radio/cassette. The big problem is that, however you wire it, the hands-free functionality of the Parrot kit isn't going to be available when you're using the factory radio.

To be honest, I'd be inclined to go for a separate MP3 player and interface lead, and look at one of the other Parrot kits for hands-free functionality. Also bear in mind that the ISO connectors might well be somewhere stupid (under the glove compartment, under one of the seats or in the boot) which makes wiring up the likes of the Parrot a bit of a nightmare.
