I think you're approaching this from the wrong direction; squeaky brakes will almost certainly be due to the pads, not the discs.
The rear face of the pads are normally smeared in copper grease to prevent metal-metal contact in the caliper, plus, its also not uncommon for the leading edges of the pads to be chamfered to reduce noise levels.
If your not sure how to do this, seek the assistance of someone with experience.
