Car insurance will normally act as a reality awakener - but that presumes that every driver is insured...

But got to agree, seperate tests for different classes of car or power/weight would also be a step forward.

Sadly, its easier to convey the 'speed kills' message (and easier to enforce), rather than the true message which should be 'cr@p driving kills' - try policing that with a camera...
