Hi there Peter, and welcome.

I've checked the usual resources; ebay (uk & france) - nothing. Even eurocarparts don't list it.

There are a few online breaker/salvage search engines you can try, whereby one completed part request gets fired out across the country.

I think the problem is, that since its a recent model, very few have found their way into being broken for spares - the ones which have been written off, are probably so badly damaged, no parts can be salvaged.

In the meantime, I'd suggest using some duct tape to seal up the gap, as any water entering the light cluster can seriously affect the vehicle's electrics - which the warranty won't cover.
