Disc with Hub built in, Do I need any extra tools?

Hi, I may have to replace the rear disc on our Scenic Grand 1.9 DCI, was just wondering if I need and extra toolks apart from 'hub nut' socket of course.

Ours have the hub built into the discs, once I get the nut off do I need any special equipment to remove the disc? or will it come sraight off.

Just wanted to be prepared before I start the job.

Many thanks
