Thanks for the replies - I will take your advice...
The locking wheel nuts are sorted now so I can take the wheel off and inspect the wheel arch and brakes.
I'll check the bearing too but the discs (with built in bearings) are brand new...
This noise only occurs when it's windy and the wind hits the right side of my car, so not sure it's brakes / bearings but is there a way of telling whether the brakes are sticking?
