Re: Are Laguna's that bad???

I think people make them out to be bad cars but i dont think there bad just need to be looked after well like any other car really ive had my laguna II 1.8 16v for nearly 2 years only had a new track rod end and rear bushes which was gone when i brought the car still using origional tyres i had with the car and still have alot of tread left. I had a vauxhall astra mk3 1.4 which i had for 2 years only ever had ht leads go once then a new battery and thats all it never let me down but a few years later had a vauxhall vectra 1.8 16v p-reg and only had it for 4 months and the water pump went and ripped cambelt off and bent 2 valves i had the engine rebuild then the gearbox died but i would pick the laguna everytime the only problem is the parts are expensive.
