Replacing Kangoo brakes

My Kangoo has + 100,000 miles on it and all the discs are worn. I intend to replace all the discs and pads and have done this succesfully on previous cars. However, all jobs on this car are a proverbial pain in the butt.

The front discs have two bolts in them with I believe torx fittings to undo them. They are only at 5ft/lb but locked solid. Any ideas on releasing them? I have already sprayed WD40 on them and put the wheels back until I'm more informed!

The bolts appear to be a soft alloy and I get a feeling I am going to strip the torx bit.
