Thats a strong possibility, my dad told me, whenever you work on the brakes always bleed the fluid out, NEVER push back through the system, otherwise, exactly what lagdti has said, you'll knacker the master cylinder seals, they dont like being forced the wrong way and that will be even more work for ya
