This cap unscrews and inside is a black tidily wink approx the size of a six pence piece. That's the spy chip
RFID stands for Radio Frequency IDentification, a technology that uses tiny computer chips which track items.
My area has only provided chipped bins to a small proportion
of residents, this would mean a Disproportionate tax being levied
on the households who are unfortunate to have been supplied with these
chipped bins how unfair.
Does any one know what is stored on these chips?
