legal advice full service

Hi, got a legal question.

I bought a 54 plate Scenic Grand about a month ago from a 2nd hand car dealer. It was sold with a full service history a new MOT (which I paid for) and 76,000 on the clock.

I checked the service book and found the last service to be at 68,000 miles. I have now found out that it needs a new cam belt and associated parts and should have been done @ 5 years or 72,000. The car was sold with no warrenty.

The question is do I have any sort of recourse or is it just 'tough' that I didn't check.

Cheers Rob
