If you sell it all you need to say is that the mileage is incorrect,thats it.It's not an offence to alter the mileage on a car but it is an offence to then sell that car and claim the mileage is correct,if you tell the buyer that it's definately not right then that covers you.
When valuing the car you also need to factor in the fact that it has no service history,the book is fake and I guess you have no receipts for any work done?.
Sorry if these points have been covered before but I haven't read back through the whole thread.
