First thing to check is the battery condition.I know you haven't had it very long,but it could be faulty or the alternator might not be charging properly.If all is well with them,then check for any corrosion round the engine to battery earths.I think there is one on to the gearbox,so it could have been disturbed when the clutch was done.
Failing that,it could be a faulty starter motor.Again,you haven't had it long,but we have had starter motors pack up again a couple of weeks after fitment.....
