Sounds like a faulty throttle motorised
but could also be caused by one or more defective spark plugs, this is a very common problem and would be the first thing that a dealer would replace to cure this type of running problem..
If it turns out to be the body then it is bolted inside the inlet manifold and will take about 1 hour to remove..
Generally the body is not repairable, so a new one will be required..
This is also a very common problem with the D7F engine and there are a couple of Renault tech notes that cover it in detail..

couldn't memory the gear step changing, reprogram the
many time but after few days the memory auto deleted. is battery spoil? but my radio memory setup channel no problem.
