Personally, I'd buy a salvage door & see how it fits.

The A post may not be damaged as the impact looks to be central to the door, therefore the energy should have dissipated equally.

I would've thought if the pillar had moved, the windscreen would have cracked, as its bonded in place.

The door may well be the only area of deformation, and trying to line something buckled, against something which isn't, will never square off - if you see what I mean.

Regarding the sill (which is hollow), there's no reason why it needs replaced - a slide hammer can pull out the worst of it, then, a skim of filler, and that's that dealt with.

Salvage seats & airbags would finish the job - then it would all need reprogrammed.
