TBH, B-pillar damage is comparatively easy to straighten (as there is no glass in the way).

I would accurately measure the door gaps front:rear on both sides, to see if there has been any movement, and by how much.

Also, regarding 'pulling' pillars - someting like an engine hoist can be used inventively with measured reference points to ensure its bang on.
