Use simoniz,yeh the one that says, in use since 1910. with carnuba oil ..
I used it for over 10 years on my previous car.
The good thing about it was,is u only have to use it once a year.. then u can get away for 12 months with the local spray car wash,not brushes.
It isnt as bad for "white deposits as some of the creams/jif like polishes.

, It might sound funny,but peanut butter,the smooth kind will remove the white deposits on harder plastic and rubber ,I read it somewhere awhile ago,it wasnt a test all household items thing, and it does need some "rubbing".

On my last car I had a sunroof with a seal that had almost like a rough cloth surface,the peanut butter did nothing for that,I just had to try and be very carefull on the polish/wax application.
Currently in coup's garage:
RM III coupe 1.5dci FVT,Audi TT Mk1 ,a bike and too much rubbish.
