Whoops I forgot to report back on this one
We came back home from Cirencester Wednesday with caravan on the back all plugs connected and no fuses blown, f*****g yippee
The RTE tells me he removed the wiring that feeds the caravan reversing lights don't know if that makes sense but it seem to have solved the problem, and I don't give a toss that the wiring for the reversing lights has been removed because even during the day when reversing the van in any confined space I always get her in doors to see me back.
Now does anyone have any idea how, when you've got a caravan on the back you can get a Gawd woman to stand where you can friggin well see her, mines in the habit of either going right in the middle at the back of the caravan when you can see buggerall through the interior mirror, or alternatively she stands either left or right of the van so wiiiiiiiide you can't bl**dy see her through the wing mirrors either, I'm sure I must reverse with some kind of sonar
