Sounds good coup!
The wet abrasion using fine abrasive block is something I think most SMART repair kits come with (even Hellfrauds) and sounds like a fairly similar technique that I've used in the past for stone chips. Most of my marks came out with a tiny bit of t-cut and a damn good wax all over with Turtle Wax Nano Tech. Car looked beautiful after it had been done and is due a wash this weekend weather pending. Longer term I'm going to buy the 3M stuff mentioned as it came up in a different conversation with a guy who's just restored an 80's bimmer drop top - looks stunning.
