You probably can, not sure if anybody on here has tried it though. The only problem using veggie oil is that it can gum up the insides. Some people use it all the time with no problems at all. It is not advisable to use it at all on any modern common rail engine. IF running exclusively on veggie oil all the time it would pay you to run a tank of proper diesel every so often though.
It is good practice to install a switch to switch between diesel and veggie oil .

Start the car on diesel, drive a few miles to allow it to warm up, then switch over to veggie oil , switch back to diesel just before you stop again, to allow diesel to circulate around system. That way the oil doesn't sit in the system causing potential problems.
