I strongly suspect that the motor is faulty....
If you have a multimeter you can check the switch by disconnecting the washer pump(not 100% sure where it's to on the Lag 2,sorry...),and connect the meter between the two terminals on the end of the wire running to the motor.You should have +12 volts when one of the washers is worked(either front or rear),and -12 volts when working the other one.
All the switch does is reverse the voltage to the motor so the motor runs either fowards or backwards and changes the direction in which the water goes.
If the voltage stays the same when the front and rear washers are used,then it's the switch.If the voltage does reverse,then it's the motor(which 9 times out of 10 it is).
