looks like the tank is going to need to be taken off, though try flushing the feeder and return pipes out first before doing so.
there are a number of pipes hidden on the top of the tank, one of those is involved in pressure relief.
as usual try to get the car in for service with the lowest amount of fuel in it. (it saves on having to pump 20+Litres of fuel to cans before they drop it off the car.
A new set of plastic/rubber pipework for the top of the tank is about 50 or so from dealerships.
