The wiring should already be in place. If you bought a genuine renault one, from ebay or a breakers it would only require plugging in. May need an ECU update though. But if the alarm is there minus the sensors should be a doddle.

You may see some tiny holes in the panel where the sensors were if it has been removed.
The rear quarter panels may have been replaced at some point and the owner didn't bother with the sensors if they were having trouble with it.
