Hi Darren and welcome.

The first step I would take would be to get an auto-electrician or garage to interpret the error codes which will be stored regarding this fault. This will pinpoint what needs attention, and will keep the investigative costs as minimal as possible.

It could be something just needing cleaned & adjusted, but I wouldn't like to mention costs until you have the results of the diagnostic.
