OK, sorry to have to ask, but sometimes the basic question has to be asked.
I reckon we're back to rechecking the suspension, and then 4-wheel alignment. And, as mentioned in the article found by madnoel, the handling may still be a bit strange once the geometry has been corrected, because of the tyre wear.

One hint that may help show a fault that you cannot find; when you go over bumps, etc, is the noise clonky, or entirely "rubbery"? If clonky, a mounting bush is allowing metal to touch metal, which should not happen.
