I have had this happen 4 -5 times over the years and not only on Renaults. The bolts are normally fitted using thread lock compound plus the inner end of the bolt becomes corroded.

Two options for repair are eithe rhave the stripped threds heli-coiled or replace the hub carrier.
A second hand unit is likely to be your cheapest option.
