Rear Brake Pad Replacement Process 04 Scenic II

I'm about to venture into unknown territory and replace the rear brake pads on my Scenic II. Can anybody refer me to a link or a video that outlines the process? I was told at the motor factor where I bought the pad set that the Renault rear brake pistons have to be "wound" back in rather than pressed in like all the other cars I've changed pads on. Would like to do this myself and would appreciate any help. Thank you.
