First post here, some great advice & info. I'm hoping I can get some information.
I need to change the from pads on my wife's 07 Dci Laguna. I had a look at it today & it looks nothing like what has been posted previously. The caliper has a metal clip on the outer edge of the caliper & what appears to be 2 torx bolts concealed in dust covers at the top & the bottom of the inside of the caliper.
Once these torx bolts are removed, does the caliper slide out or what is the go to get access to the pads
I know it would be easier to take the car to a garage, but the amount they charge in Australia to do anything on Renaults is shocking.

Yes just remove the retaining clip. Once you remove the two bolts out of the top caliper housing the caliper should lift/slide away - Make sure you don't put too much stress on the brake pipe.
