Q: Windows only move in steps?
A:To fix this, do the following on each window
1. Open the window all the way to the bottom
2. Hold the switch in the open position for about 5-10 seconds.
3. Close the window all the way to the top
2. Hold the switch in the close postion for about 5-10 seconds.

Q: How Do I Remove The Door Handle?
A1:Open the door then remove the plastic grommet from the rear edge of the door and remove the securing screw. All other door handles are removed the same way. Slide the handles towards the rear edge of the door,then pull the handle outwards to release it.
A2:Need a hook to do it, open the door and at the edge of the door there is a black cap remove this. Now with a torch have a look in side there is a piece of metal inside a sleeve. Place the hook under this and pull back towards yourself once done to its full, pull the plastic end cap off the door handle to remove and then pull back on the main handle.
