dunno, i thought there were 2 units?(although i havnt checked on the lag2)

the electronic rear axle load sensor unit/cable. (it maintains the angle of the HID headlamps depending on the loading of the back end)

and the mechanical variable brake/load adjuster that regulates the brake fluid pressure to the rear brakes.

sods law suggests that the electronic one also routes back to the ABS module under the NSF wing.

if you have to rewire the cables then solder the wires together, use heat shrink sleeving to insulate the wires and then seal the lot up in waterproof insulation tape and plastic tubing/sheilding to protect it from water/stone chips.

then once you have done all that, then get the car on a ABS diags reader and get the errors cleared and ABS reset so that its then active again.
