Re: upgrading my kangoo from a 600kg payload to a 900kg payload
legality and dept of weights n measures etc..dunno.
On a DIY basis springs, suspension components, and of course tyres.. check those vs the diesel version.
How much of the load rating relates to the greater torque of the diesel engine ability to move the load vs actual structural strength ,no idea.
300kg is some 660 lbs or 4 extra non mcdonalds addicts in the back.
Weight n balance might not seem that important , but once youve seen under pressure cessna 210 "grand canyon" scenic tour pilots overloading the a/c so much that it tips right back on the tail ,it comes into perspective.
Currently in coup's garage:
RM III coupe 1.5dci FVT,Audi TT Mk1 ,a bike and too much rubbish.
