Re: Laguna ll Electronic Handbrake

Bigg red are based in the UK and sell caliper service kits. Bigg Red link

They also sell on ebay . eBay Link to Bigg Red

It looks like their kit contains the piston seals, but it would be best to ring them to ask as it could just be a stock photograph they are using.

I never used a kit or replaced the piston seals when I overhauled my rear calipers, you could say my rebuild was a bit make do and mend, but it worked and the calipers now work fine, where before the handbrake wouldn't hold the car on the slightest of hills it now works fine on steep hills.

Now I know people will say that you must replace the piston seals all I can say to that is that I've stripped a few calipers in my time both on cars and motorbikes and have used the old seals quite a few times and they have always been fine with no fluid leaks.
