The codes you have are generic and not Renault specific so in fact may be totally erroneous. renault use a different protocol in their
I have never heard of the Dci engines having a suction control valve although I have heard of Toyota diesels having them.
It may well be the fuel pressure is not reaching starting pressures but only by reading live data will you find out.
I take it the fuel filter has been checked for contamination or signs of metal particles.
