if there are no faults logged then its a mechanical fault.
check the 2nd lamda sensor, along with trying to get hold of a spare throttle pedal to just plug in to test with.
sensor, and if you have it the dephaser pully(though you will have knocking when starting from cold)
a odd spare sensor for most of the plug in ones on the top of the engine comes in handy.
of it could just be a corroded
(inside the casing?)
